FAQ

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can restore it by signing back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

How do I export my work data?

Go to Settings > Data Export. You can export your income, expenses, and work sessions as a CSV file.

Which languages are supported?

KOLi is available in English, Korean (한국어), and Khmer (ខ្មែរ). You can switch languages from the login screen or from Settings.

How is my pay calculated?

KOLi calculates your pay based on Korean labor law, including regular hours, overtime (1.5x), night shift bonus (0.5x for 10PM-6AM), holiday pay (1.5x), and weekly rest day pay (주휴수당). You can customize rates in your job settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Sensitive credentials are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences). We do not sell your data to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't loading / I see a blank screen

Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection — KOLi needs a connection for initial sign-in. If you're still stuck, email us at support@koli.life with your device model and iOS version.
