Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your KOLi account and all data associated with it. This page explains how to delete your data.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open the KOLi app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap on Profile
  4. Tap Sign Out to sign out of your account
  5. Your local data can be cleared by uninstalling the app

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

  1. Send an email to contact@koli.life
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your KOLi account
  4. We will process your request within 30 days

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

Facebook Data

If you signed in using Facebook, deleting your KOLi account will remove all data we received from Facebook, including your Facebook user ID, name, and email address. To also revoke KOLi's access to your Facebook account, go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites and remove KOLi.

Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure to export any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.
